My daughter is a current hys player and got an offer after the first tryout session.
HYS on the girls side usually is drama-free among players and parents. No super stars, no major egos either. If you daughter wants to make friends, stay fit, have some challenges, hys is a good fit. If you think she is D1 material, move on.
Now, there is drama with coaches, board members, etc…. as in most clubs in the area.
