Last time this happened it went 9 rounds, so they'll keep going until they chip away at those 19 anti-voters, or until enough Democrats get sick of this and go home, shifting the majority low enough for McCarthy to win.
Why would the Democrats get sick of it? For them it's a comedy show. It's the Republicans who keep failing and being humiliated. I can see Republicans as far more likely to be demoralized by all of this.
They have no moral core or principles. They don’t care about public opinion. Why would they be demoralized?
