It was so ridiculous how every set piece the announcers would say “the team hired a coach specifically to work on set pieces” and every set piece was useless.

This is what the US lacks. They lack that player that makes you stand on your feet when he gets the ball and hold your breath. This what separates the tops teams from the others. That player defense fear.
