I went there and disagree. Yes there are kids there who don’t leave the library (you’ll find that anywhere), but greek life is popular and there is plenty to do for the kids who are social. Baltimore is fun for college kids and the campus is really pretty.
It’s just really hard to get admitted.
I lived in Baltimore and nothing about it is "fun."
