Same — top award at Juniata.
Congrats to you both!

ditto on the congrats
I grew up about an hour from West Chester and I never gave it much thought as a high schooler. I was investigating it for my daughter for a short while, though, and started following a few IG accounts for the town. Such a cute area!
Hi, I'm the PP who posted about Kent State and West Chester. Both were my DD's safety schools and she's not incredibly excited for either, but I think part of that is we had a very, let's say... low energy tour guide when we went to West Chester last month. I think if we went back for another tour she'd probably be pretty excited. I thought the surrounding area was really cute too. I'm happy that she got in there, since I'd like to have her be within a 4 hour driving radius.

My DC graduated in '22. The first acceptance came about a week before Thanksgiving.
Thinking of this gives me bittersweet memories. A lot has changed since then, including a terrible unexpected loss in our family. But DC is away at college, coming home tomorrow night. I'm so proud of my DC.
Good luck to all!!
I’m sorry for your loss! So glad your DC is at school and persevering. Enjoy your time with them.

Anonymous wrote:Another '22 parent here. There was a similar thread last year on acceptances and it was my absolute favorite DCUM link to refresh, especially around this time. Someone is always getting good news and eventually it will be your kid!
My first year just got home for the holiday and after all the stress and uncertainty, I can say that it all works out for the best (not just for my kid but for all the other 22 grads we know.)
