Another one is UCLA. It's come up a lot in the ratings but when I was a kid, it was just a party school.

Back when I was a kid UVA and UC Berkeley were the top public universities. For a long time, UVA was the top public university period. Well it was the first public university but it still counts.

T20 is typical reference for ranking of schools. T25 is seldom used.

People just naturally think in the multiples of 10.
If you look at the colleges list T25 makes much more sense.
