I guess what I am trying to say is that no school is perfect. I love working at my school, but other teachers get so frustrated with the weakness of behavior support from the office. You need to figure out what it is that you don't like about your principal (micromanager, discipline, vibe at the school, etc), and then specifically look for that trait rather than a school that some random person on the internet states is "good."
But I wholeheartedly feel that you should change schools if you are unhappy!
That’s silly. Principals don’t stay forever in the same role. My first child had ES under a principal no one thought was particularly good, my second child had a principal everyone loves in the same elementary school. People don’t switch their kid to a new school just because they don’t like the principal.
