Fields was really something

Season two reviews were so over the top good…but I’m finding these episodes continue to be kind of boring and meandering. I’m hoping the last few make up for it!

My theory is the mysterious and important work is actually Mark undoing Mark’s wife’s personality to the point she will become an empty vessel for Eagan purposes. Irving knowing the export corridor means he might have been brainwashed rather than truly severed by choice, possibly bc he snooped and found Lumon secrets irl. Dylan was there purely as a fun colleague for Mark’s sake.

PP here - Outie Mark is not aware of his true role at Lumon - he's been severed as an outie as well. Kind of like the layers in Inception.

Didn't Outie Mark find out something through his sister, who interacted with Innie Mark and then passed it on when her brother switched back?

Read theory that Dieter Eagan is anagram for AI-generated and innies are learning to code to bring people back to life with ultimate goal of Lumon to bring back Kier Eagan. That each innie working on their own “files” to bring back people they love (so Mark and his wife and some say Dylan may have kids that died). Is this a “yes! This is it” theory or waaaaay out there? Honestly at this point, I am still confused about the goats as I was sure cloning was happening, but saw Adam Scott himself said if that would be a really boring storyline if true so figure that is not true.

What do you all think is really going on and maybe most important, how much longer do we have to wait?

This is show I wish I found AFTER it was all wrapped up so could binge and be done as now, yes, I want to know but so slow for me.

I don’t like this season much either. The first was much more cohesive.

I'm getting bored. This last episode was a snooze.

The problem with these shows is they keep introducing threads and then are unable to tie them up. This is happening in spades with this show.

They need to keep it to 3 seasons and wrap it up. If they wait 2 years for a Season 3 I don't know if I'll bother to watch.
