I'm sure your degree from Law and Order U is of the highest quality. But Congress has subpoena power. They do not need legal maneuvers to "open him to discovery".

I'm sure your degree from Law and Order U is of the highest quality. But Congress has subpoena power. They do not need legal maneuvers to "open him to discovery".

Oh so Jim Jordan could issue a subpoena? When he himself is in violation of a Congressional subpoena? Those are optional now.


After the past few years, the idea of a Congressional subpoena has been completely neutered. Just an invitation to meet by another name.

This seems to be what republicans are trying to do, and to throw Biden off his game by torturing his adult child.


The best he can do is continue to show up to Democratic events in DC, as if nothing had happened. Roll around in luxury and smile happily for the cameras without a seeming care in the world. Republicans will squirm.
