Correct. All a guessing game at this point but the data points others have shared are very helpful. The more scores posted the better sense we'll have.

I've seen all the scores posted here and there hasn't been anyone with an NNAT over 140 and a CogAT under 140 who said they were not in pool. It looks to me like most higher-SES schools are using a cut-off around 139 or 140 where either the CogAT or NNAT could put you in. Not clear at this point if they're allowing any single CogAT sub-section or only the composite.
So far the only examples where the cut-off appears a bit lower are West Springfield pyramid (highest individual score of 134--CogAT Q) and South Lakes (highest individual score of 137--NNAT).

Why would you assume this? The PP’s DC scored a 137 on the NNAT. No one has said the NNAT is not being used this year to determine pool status, nor have they said that only the composite CogAt will be used.

Even we think the kid was in pool because of being in AAP2 and decent NNAT score. Fingers crossed for the final result but no worries either way.

Level II designation and bring in pool helps. No one knows for sure who will be selected and who will be left out.
I’m sure there will be a thread after the results come out in April. Lot of involved and anxious parents here….

If you're in-pool at your school, probably a good chance. And yes, many kids (historically) get in with scores in 120's.

They meet at some time in March to do the selection, then parents are notified in April.
