I would LIKE the school board to return to being non partisan. Maybe the VA Ds will realize that the local D school boards cost them the governship this time around - and maybe we can really get away from political party endorsements for school board. I really think that WOULD be better.

Would the Rs be up for that too - statewide?

It's not true. Polk has sent home classrooms of kids to quarantine because one kid in the class tested positive. Entire classrooms, nor majority of classrooms, are not getting sick.
