Yes people are, they only spend less than 100k in the design studio usually, max 200. That is nothing. At the start of the community people where spending 400k
How would you know how much people are spending? Seems like the people who live here would have a much better sense of what’s happening in their own neighborhood.
From the sales associates themselves and people I know in this community (I know probably 10 families)

People are literally dying, World War III is well on its way, and you are literally spending millions on a home? Why? They are not all that, trust me, and they don't even give discounts. Most of these houses are so basic on the inside, and as base prices go up, the design studio options people pick reduce greatly. The average amount spent on the design studio has dropped tremendously in this community, and the houses look so sad on the inside. Stop stretching to buy homes here. Honestly my current home is prettier than most of these...

This is me. we make 2-3 million a year, and it looks pretty I like the neighborhood feel, but the only reason we are so rich in the first place s because we save and don't throw away money. Buying a home in this neighborhood to our specs, including all the work that has to be done after, comes out to 3 million, absurdity for a cookie cutter
