+1 Also, I wonder if Barbara can file to have Jenelle’s visitation revoked. Babs has full custody of Jace just like David’s son’s mother does. And that mother was able to get David’s visitation terminated.

The goal of CPS is family reunification. Sometimes this ends up with kids turning up dead and then CPS claims they did everything they could. It’s a flawed system.

CPS didn’t make this decision and is supposedly appealing. The judge in the case made the call. CPS is well aware of the fate of these children, especially Maryssa.
