Highland FC out of Asheville. Solid club, they will compete favorably in most age groups. Total pain in the ass from a travel perspective.
Highland looks like ass…just sayin
Maybe on the girls side, I have no idea, but at least 4 of the boys age groups will do fine at ECNL level. I have seen the 08s and 09s play for years (and apparently a couple of the younger age group teams are also very good) and honestly thought they should've gone straight to NL out of the gate. Their performance in RL proves it too.

Anonymous wrote:GA clearly values signing ideal locations for growth more than shiny legacy clubs. They are looking specifically near cities with an MLS and/or NWSL clubs. There are a few outliers but the major their signings are following this pattern.

There’s got to be a reason.
Because trolls are having fun with over-invested parents.
Or because the mid atlantic ecnl is weak? Easy pickings

They displaced NCFC on top of RL across a number of ages. The 2010s are weak and their RL team is barely mid table though.
