Have you seen the way NVA players play? They reinforce standout players until they don't stand out anymore. Once that happens, they show up somewhere else. They get an offer anyways and well you'll see how they play

Players are already showing up for ID sessions. I suspect it will be very slow to start and then once the other clubs in area announce tryouts, we'll start seeing more show up. If your team hasn't had any, they may be starting with a different level team and moving up or down from there.

Manager here at a different club. These sorts of questions should be for the coach directly. They are sensitive in nature as the kids they want to look at have been given the invitation to keep coming out to practice to get looked at. It's sensitive because obviously, those players could potentially replace your kid or the team manager's kid on the team. As TM, I literally have no idea who the coach will invite to practice or where they find these kids as parent e-mail the clubs directly for a look. Also, a multi-practice tryout is a good thing for the player trying out. They want to see how they fit in the current team setting. The Coach is looking to see if they get along with current teammates and how the fit-in skill wise. They have a much better chance of making your team than attending an open ID session or open tryout. A good coach will need multiple practice sessions to do a better job of evaluating a player.

You need to sign up through their website for an ID session and your player will attend at least 3 practices.

Not quite, ABC leagues should show you the I could care less about the leagues. Loudoun will always be strong. VRSC is new money, sure they could buy their way to the top. They are trying really hard too, but ultimately Loudoun will win this toothpick fight

Exactly. Whoever is posting that there are 22-24 rostered for GA is a troll. None of the GA 1 teams are that large. All are between 16-18.

As with any club players can show up any time to any practice. If you are serious about trying out for a club you should not wait for ID sessions and instead contact coaches and ask to join practices. If the coaches like you they will ask you to keep coming.
