I'm from that hellhole, and it's actually gotten better in the past few years. Republicans putting tolls on the tunnels really hurt the businesses in area and it's slowly getting better.

It's definitely not done. I hate the plan, live in D.C., don't want to see them leave, etc., but it's absurd to just count out a move backed by the team owner and the governor of the state. If I had to bet on it, I'd bet this still goes ahead in some form.
