I'm the only person on DCUM who isn't a lawyer, so grain of salt, but sealed means that it's not available to the public, and added to the docket just means there's been motion on the docket. It could be ANYTHING. Motions, objections, additional subpoenas, warrants, or even indictments. I think some people are fantasizing that it's one of the more juicy options, but it's probably some mundane paper pushing exercise.
