Show us where in the documents Maret has the unilateral right to “exercise an option to renew” — as Talbott and others have stated or implied — and then we can talk more about factual bases.

The “privileged” few are Bowser’s crony consultants and unqualified 8a contractors (who operate sham businesses from their basements in Upper Marlboro). She’s wasting millions on no-bid contracts for her friends and supporters that yield practically nothing in the way of deliverables, instead of using city funds to maintain Jeleff or to renovate the former Western HS field.
