No actual health care provider agreed to perform a hysterectomy on a child in the quotes and it would be HIGHLY unusual for a receptionist to make any such statements without an actual consultation, which is why her "quotes" are bogus. Libs of Tik Tok provide no names of anyone she spoke to, no one on record, and no actual hospital health care provider, administrator or anyone authorized to have that conversation or make those statements was ever cited.
