Did defense planners, think Iran was just going to sit idly as Israel and the U.S. blew up their country! The incompetence is terrifying!

Spain has a 5% Muslim population and a significant history of Islam in the country prior to the inquisition/reconquista that it has been grappling with over the recent decades. They also tend to be a little more nervous about terrorist attacks then some other European countries for whatever reason.

Israel doesn’t do things blindly. We see by how precise they were assassinating the govt leaders. When they target schools and hospitals, it is definitely intentional and not by mistake. Their satellites record who is walking in and out of the building so they knew it was a school.
