So you have a coach you think is awful who also has their own child on the team who also verbally abuses the player and they play the whole game?
Wait, what?
Did they charge you $3000 for a team coached by a parent?
Yes ... it's not going well.

Yes screams and yells at their own kid everytime they make a mistake. But somehow they are "better" and deserve to play the entire game. I suppose the positive is he doesn't scream and yell at the rest of the players, they just get much less playing time.
Boys or girls side?

yea all have issues. But most have multiple competitive age groups. Valor does not. Poor coaches leads to best players leaving.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:As a parent who never played soccer, I am trying to understand exactly what is going so wrong at Valor. Is it that the best coaches in the area choose to work elsewhere? Lack of a training curriculum and philosophy from the top that is supposed to be passed down to the coaches? Not a good talent pool compared to other areas? All of the above? When we take our child to camps/training run by other organizations they seem to run a much tighter ship. Why can’t Valor figure this out? Maybe they will get the message when multiple “top” teams implode and families leave due to being fed up.
Are you a Valor parent? Please let us know which clubs run better because based on DCUM they are all dumpster fires.
