How was it a "cesspool?"

It was a "cesspool" because Twitter was occasionally and reluctantly taking action against your toxic disinformation? It was a "cesspool" because reality was being allowed to flourish, instead of your far right wing bizarro propaganda and talking points?

Example: all the Libs of TikTok did was quote leftist/liberals. That’s it. Banned.

False. That's not "all they did, that's it."

Her account spewed a lot of hate, made a lot of gross misrepresentations, encouraged targeting, harassment and violence toward numerous hospitals, and toward the LGBT community.

Libs of Tik Tok *is* the cesspool.

Bull. Provide examples.

DP. Are you actually trying to deny this happened? https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2022/09/02/lgbtq-threats-hospitals-libs-of-tiktok/

I followed the entire saga tweet by tweet and examined wayback machine archives too (which was necessary after the hospital deleted the statements it had made on its own website). Libs of TikTok literally did not lie about a single thing. She quoted the hospital word for word and kept doing so.

See, you can argue that she has malicious intent in amplifying the damaging admissions made by the people and institutions she quotes. But you are outright lying to say she misrepresents anything. The fact that she doesn’t lie and just quotes insane, embarrassing, and disturbing material from people on the far left is what makes her so devastating and impossible to take down. Libel lawsuits will fail, she hasn’t ever broken the law, and she doesn’t even violate Twitter’s rules because quoting someone’s own words is allowed.

So you’re saying you think it is a fact that all LGBTQ+ teachers are groomers and pedophiles? Yeah, there’s no helping you out of your delusions.

You are such a fool. Don’t expect people to take you seriously when you are so fundamentally ignorant. You’re a joke.

Yawn. Oh, an attack in lieu of evidence of your entirely false claims? Shocker! Par for the course with lying buffoons like you.

Congress authorizes and funds all that and has oversight. Other CEOs of government contractors don’t intentionally alienate half of Congress to impress internet trolls.

You should regulate speech according to the wishes of Congress?

Kroger & Albertsons have been on the other side of this. They are going to Republicans for help with their merger after previously firing employees for not wearing gay pride logos.

I didn’t say anything about regulating speech. It’s just common sense that executives of companies with billions of dollars of federal contracts should never be extreme partisans. It’s stupid for their business to alienate one side. NASA can’t be partisan and won’t want to partner with a partisan troll CEO. It’s not just about him. Military, government workers, and federal contract workers either don’t have social media accounts at all or have been warned to never post about politics.

The line that tells the true story (from the article)

“ It’s difficult to tell from the videos precisely what percentage of the crowd was booing during the cringeworthy episode, but some on social media estimated it was the vast majority of people in the 18,000-capacity stadium.

It’s not difficult to tell from this video.

Some "free speech" platform - the account that originally posted the video of Musk being booed got suspended.

Fine to spread lies about covid vaccines, fine to amplify domestic terrorism and say J6 should have been armed, but GOD FORBID anyone post anything that gives Elon the sads.

Just like the previous Twitter. Find an excuse for suspending an account we don't like, or suspend them without an excuse.
In this case, comedians don't like to have their material appear recorded and posted online.

No one in that show was supposed to have phones so as much as I think Elon is a whiny loser, that’s legit. Wonder if YouTube will take it down as well. 😀

I think they need Musk to get their astronauts down from the International Space Station, unless they want to stick to the usual process of having Russia do it.

Musk isn't some genius personally holding the joystick to fly those capsules.

I'm sure SpaceX can figure out how to do it without Musk... because they already do.

There is a fine line between making fun of leftwing activists going too far and becoming a right wing hack. He seems to be crossing that line recently

Dave Chapelle is a right-wing hack?

He’s got some … ummm … idiosyncratic and problematic views when it comes to Jews and trans people. Then there’s the politics of housing development in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
