It's really cute but it's a 2 bedroom with no outdoor space listed for 950k. It's 1000 sq ft! It is not a "great deal".
Also, people buying in this neighborhood don't expect, and very rarely value, a home that is "fully detached." If that was a priority, you'd look at Brookland or upper NW or over in Hillcrest or one of the many neighborhoods in or near DC that have detached SFH homes. The deal with CH and the H street corridor is that it is almost entirely row houses. That's actually part of the charm and the neighborhood tends to attract people who don't mind sharing walls with neighbors. So I don't think that's the selling point you think it is.
But that kitchen is gorgeous and I love the skylight. I'd personally want some outdoor space -- a little patio or a deck at least. Also... no parking, and it's on an alley not the street so if you have a car you are parking it some distance away.
It's also east of Lincoln Park.
It's overpriced, sorry.
