Asking for me and my friends who will be attending more protests.
If you’re standing in the road and they ask you to move, move. It’s not hard. You have the right to protest, you do not have the right to block the street.
Or else what? You’ll be shot and killed?
That’s not how the law works here. What was so damn urgent they couldn’t just walk away. Nothing. Absolutely nothing.
And there’s the problem, you think you’re above the law. What was so damn urgent he couldn’t move to the sidewalk?
Again, NOT HOW THE LAW WORKS. Blocking traffic is not grounds for execution. Protesting is legal.
You asked how he was resisting. The answer is blocking the street. That is how the law works. You do not have the right to block the street and if asked to move, and you don’t, surprise! That’s resisting.

And that does not necessitate use of lethal force. They pistol whipped him after he’d already moved out of the way. Just stop.
I didn’t say it deserved lethal force, people are saying all he did was help someone that was pushed. That’s not where the conflict starts and to argue that it does, and he was doing nothing wrong, just makes it look dumb. The better answer is, yes he was resisting, but that does not mean they shoot him.

It’s a known issue. I wonder if in the process of disarming him a shot from his gun went off and the panic started and shots were directed at him. Not excusing but trying to make sense.
That is exactly what happened. But the left (who knows nothing about guns) wont accept it.
We don't know that's what happened. In fact, it appears the agent in the black hat fires the first shot, as Pretti's body reacts to it.
And ICE agents also carry Sig P320s. And it's not as if every single P320 always goes off on its own. The incidents are real but few and far between.
This video shows the Sig going off.
Also there is a history of this happening...see below:
Again, there would be evidence of this at the scene.
Anonymous wrote:There’s time to mount a legal defense of these morons later. Right now, you all should focus on preventing this from happening again. That would be the ethical and responsive thing to do, in case you have forgotten.

Did you watch the video? They did back up - Petti did for sure. But the ICE guys kept coming after them regardless. They were at the curb and out of traffic when he pepper sprayed them.
The video the poster above you says does not exist? Yes. So which is it? There is a video with him in the middle of the street or there’s not?
The video of a guy briefly walking into the street holding a phone? Yeah sure, totally justifies murder.
Good lord, you just keep trying this crap and it's just not going to work.
On this page alone there is no video of him in the street, and/or it’s fake. Which is it? Fake or he wasn’t in the street "that much"

Well in a normal country there would be an impeachment. I wouldn’t like to choose between trump and Walz. It’s like choosing between cancer and aids.
If that’s how you feel about it you certainly deserve Trump and every punishment that comes with him.
Yes, and you deserve ICE as well for being so radical.

ICE is at fault, no matter how you slice it.
But if a person is resisting arrest and has a firearm, they have every right to remove it because it is a threat.
he wasn't resisting
Watch the video. He kept trying to get up when they were trying to restrain him.
People like PP are truly ghouls who don't understand physiology. The body's instinct is to react. It's wholly disingenous to say that people who are being attacked should just resist and fall to the ground because you'd have to go against your instincts and your fight or flight response, which is very hard to do, especially under extreme duress. You're not thinking at a moment like that, your body is reacting.
How do people not understand this? Try walking without moving your arms.
But also, at that point, he knew he was being murdered, not arrested. iCE had no authority to arrest him. He had every right to resist.
He may have had the right to resist, but if he hadn’t, he’d likely still be alive
He didn't resist. He was on the ground, pepper sprayed, beaten and disarmed. They murdered him execution style.
Stop blaming the victim. You are a disgusting, sick person.
Just admit you condone and enjoy cold blooded murder.
Why do you think it starts at the beginning of the shorter video? He resisted before the woman was pushed. You’re being spoon fed a story.
Please provide a link to the video that shows that. There are tons of videos from my witnesses.
It’s been posted here many times, it gets removed. It’s easy to find online.
It keeps getting removed because it’s fake. Not everyone is as dumb as you.
