I didn’t say it deserved lethal force, people are saying all he did was help someone that was pushed. That’s not where the conflict starts and to argue that it does, and he was doing nothing wrong, just makes it look dumb. The better answer is, yes he was resisting, but that does not mean they shoot him.

Did you watch the video? They did back up - Petti did for sure. But the ICE guys kept coming after them regardless. They were at the curb and out of traffic when he pepper sprayed them.

In the video we all saw, ICE is not running up to him when he's in the middle of the street. ICE runs over to attack a woman, and then our hero nurse helps her. Thus, we may conclude that ICE did not care that he was in the street. They only cared that a decent white man threatened their masculinity by helping a woman they'd attacked. Their rage at their own shame caused them to murder him, stand back and watch him die.
