"Walz attained the rank of command sergeant major and served in that role but retired as a master sergeant in 2005 for benefit purposes due to not completing additional coursework," according to the statement from Army public affairs officer Lt. Col. Kristen Augé.

I know the GOP is trying to Swift Boat him and that's why all of this talk about Walz's military service; but to me that's honestly one of the less interesting parts of his resume. Coach, public school teacher, map enthusiast! These aren't normally things you see in the background of a guy who rose to become governor. It's refreshing. I don't think military service, or lack thereof, has really moved the needle for any Presidential campaign in 20 years or more.

His rallies since Harris took over have been the half-filled halls and small outdoor events.
And he's frothing at the mouth over it.
Must be tough no longer being the younger, "change" candidate. And right now, the Democrats are just reveling in their lovefest for these two younger, history making members of the ticket. The joy, the fun, the happiness and wholesomeness! It's as if Obama campaigned against Trump. I don't think Trump's narcissism can handle this. I'd almost feel sorry for the old man. Almost.

RACINE – Hundreds of former President Donald Trump's supporters braved muggy weather for hours as they waited to hear him speak Tuesday afternoon at Racine Festival Park.
More than 12,000 attend Harris-Walz rally
The campaign stop in Eau Claire by Vice President Kamala Harris and her newly-announced running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, drew more than 12,000 attendees, according to an official with the campaign.

Hahahaha! Sure. Whatever you say.
+1 Kamala pulled in 12000+ in Eau Claire, WI. JD Vance spoke to about 100 today in WI. And Trump is sitting on his golden toilet somewhere phoning in rage interviews to his buddies at Fox News.
JD Vance's appearances are NOT rallies. They are press availabilities and an opportunity to hear from working Americans.....
"According to a person familiar with the planning for the trip, Vance’s events will be press availabilities where he will speak to the media, rather than campaign rallies. The events will also feature “everyday Americans” who have been impacted by the Biden administration’s policies.
On Wednesday, Vance will follow Harris to Detroit and Eau Claire, Wisconsin. On Thursday, Vance will travel to Raleigh, North Carolina."

So, when is Kamala going to have a press conference? With no teleprompter?
