No, I don't think they will accept a loss of relevancy easily or at all. I think she'll bring her best game for a bit (because for whatever reasons she adores this guy) which is why I say more than five years, but I think the demands and stresses of what they will face will make it not enough.I also think the fear of public humiliation once again and her own embarassment over repeated failure may make her stay a little longer and tolerate more bs from him than she would otherwise.
