The only thing that will get the *real* powers that be in the country to start shifting is for the stock markets (and bond markets) to go south. Today is a good first step. (Remember how quickly Trump TACOed on the biggest tariffs when the bond market almost collapsed.)

He was much more interested in showing us pictures of criminals than in reading anything.
