I don't understand why rural and small town voters are having a problem. Trump was very clear about what he was going to do when he was campaigning. Tariffs and all the consequences for trade, especially in Ag. And the destruction of Medicaid and rural hospitals.

This is what they voted for. There were no illusions. Republicans have been very forthright about what they intended to do with Trump's second term.

My empathy for rural and small town America is basically at zero at this point. This is what you voted for.
