No SJC fan but seriously you can't even compare the two lacrosse programs. SJC was in the WCAC championship game against arguably the best team in the country, and Maret won a league full of teams that get beat up by the bottom part of the WCAC. Maret played 3 WCAC schools this season and lost by a total of 23 goals including an 11-goal loss to SJC. You can't build Maret into a competitor in the top league of the ISL it will never happen so tell us why stay and get beat up on?
Agree on the comparison, but not everyone wants to climb the coaching ladder. If she does, then she does need to go to SJC for the reasons you stated above. If she doesn't, why not stay if she enjoys it? She may not be able to build Maret to the GC or ST level, but that is not always every coach's desire.

True but she’s not up for an intense hard core lax job. Her priority is being a mom.
Isn’t she coaching at Maret?
