You think emotional? I don't get that, but I saw this article dissecting his pinterest, and he had posted the cover of a book about "autistic burnout"

I don't think he has autism, but if he was considering that he might have autism, that would suggest he was aware that he wasn't feeling feelings in a typical way. Also that he thinks he is special. As both psychopaths and narcissists do

Psychopaths are less likely to suicide than the rest of population

UNLESS they are in prison, in which case, it's about the same

Narcissists commit suicide more than do psychopaths

And that's as far as I got.

Respectfully, and with no judgment here, I want to warn you that your psycho-radar is not well calibrated. I'm not sure which video you watched but the bodycam footage is full of red flags and flashing signs. He displays many, many classic signs of a person with controlling and manipulative behaviors. Controlling and manipulative people are very emotional, and he likely feels debilitating regret, but that doesn't mean he's a normal guy who just snapped. He's exactly what he looks like on film-- a control freak who endlessly blames Gabby while lying at an astonishing pace.

I missed the camper part of this story but Walsh feels this was his getaway vehicle.
