How is practicing with a ECNL team and playing a league game overuse? They either play in ECNL or EDP but likely not both if they are a Dual Roster player.
Bruh, for this kid the PP mentioned, this absolutely is a recipe for overuse: playing for three teams at once and probably attending 5+ training sessions a week:
one kid that plays Union 06 ECNL and DMV 05 and another that plays Union 03/04 ECNL and DMV 03/04... They also play HS ball

I realize that there are a few that are always on the game day roster. Can a parent on this team tell me the number of girls who are always on the roster? I'm just curious if it is 5-6 girls or 13-14 girls. And for the girls who are number 19-28 how often are you on the roster?
Asking because I have a DD who is a starter on a Union team with 19 players. She is not top player on the team but is a solid starter. Just trying to understand how these things are handled once the roster size gets out of hand.
When the rosters get out of hand the extra players are dual rostered and play mostly with the B team.
what happens to the 06 Mclean kids each week? Because I know for a fact that in that year they're not playing on the B (green) team.

If you are not among them why do you care?
I care because I have a 2007 player and am wondering what type of sh**show we will be in next year when they add 10 players to the roster

That is correct, and if not the B team, the A team on a club that does not have ECNL, such as DMV (aka Total Futbol) due to the coaching tie in. Several girls across various ages do this. In fact I know one kid that plays Union 06 ECNL and DMV 05 and another that plays Union 03/04 ECNL and DMV 03/04. They also play HS ball and are all conference, as you’d expect.
Curious, other clubs like Loudoun or VDA have interest in dual rostering a player from another non-ecnl club?
