I think this is important. How much of her illness was caused or exacerbated by her father (upbringing), who now benefits. I can’t speak to her illness but having a neutral third party as conservator seems like a no-brainer.
Unless she has PTSD misdiagnosed as bi polar or schizophrenia, her upbringing didn't cause her illness. Her younger sister is fine. I think her well being today certainly is impacted by having no say or control in her life.

Many other stars — Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez etc— have bipolar. No one’s treating them this way....as if they are incapacitated. Now maybe her case is much worse. I just can’t find any information. This just doesn’t make sense to me.

I have a sister with bipolar who has an accountant for a husband, but if she were single, it would absolutely be a appropriate for her to have a conservatorship. She can't handle money and it stresses her out.
What made you say that about a successful artist? You think it is all just being a airhead to be successful in a cut throat business? You must have low IQ.
The IQ claim is just misogyny. Nobody is accusing Justin Timberlake or Bieber of low IQ, but they do exactly what Britney does for a living and have never said anything remotely profound either.

I can’t believe I’ve reached 12 pages and no one has brought up her mother. Why isn’t her mother fighting for her freedom either in court or the press? A mother who is divorced from her father and not afraid of publicity. To me, that is the smoking gun that Britney is severely mentally ill and needs a guardianship.
Regarding IG: Whether she intentionally publishes the videos or not, she definitely records them and she seems to be a mess.
Britney’s mother wants to have a role in her daughter’s finances, “specifically the trust which holds most of Britney’s multi-million dollar assets.”

I know Brittney wants her father removed entirely, but does she object to Bessemer being a co-conservator?
It's what her lawyer was aiming to do. Hopefully this will create some accountability for her dad who is obviously just sponging off her estate. It sounds like a win for Britney, and a baby step towards removing her dad as co-conservator in the future.
I wonder if Britney's lawyer can demand that her dad be audited, to bring to light whether he's taking more money from her than he should, or squandering her money.

She can go on a show and act and serve as a judge for a singing contest.
It makes no sense at all.
