Clubs are: VDA (PW county), Loudoun (Loudoun County/Western FFX County), McLean (East/North/Central FFX County), Arlington (Arlington/Alexandria), and BRYC (South/West/Central FFX County).
Go to the ECNL website and look at their records for an indication of quality at that age bracket, but coaches do change sometimes as girls get older.
There is also FCV (GAL club, former DA), which is one of the better 06 teams around. Used to be ECNL, but left to join DA a while back and now is outside looking in.

You can join Metro and lose every game but know your being developed
Or you can replace the kids used on Arlington teams U9-13 who never learned how to play soccer because their coaches and parents were obsessed were results (until they begin losing).
