What doesn't make sense to me is that this sounds like OPs blood supply was cut off which made her pass out. I do jiu jitsu and this has happened to me before. But once the blood supply is not constricted, you wake up. I don't understand how OP was out long enough for all of this to occur

DH and I play wrestle with DS. However last year, when DS was 5, I tripped on a dog toy and smacked my head on the wall and was knocked out. DS grabbed my phone and called 911 and then DH. Just like we had taught him.

I'm not going to say that ops kids aren't normal. But to pass off their behavior as "well dad play fights with them" and that's why they acted like that is ridiculous. Both her kids need evaluation. Op and her dh need to teach them what to do in an emergency.

OP, your 8 year old has anxiety BECAUSE she has a more pervasive disorder that no one is helping her with.
It sounds like she has very slow processing speed and ASD.
Take her to a neuropsychologist or developmental pediatrician.
Do not ask a regular pediatrician, a regular psychologist, a psychiatrist or a social worker as none of them are equipped to diagnose what's really going on here (but none of them will tell YOU that).

Children with ASD are very commonly misdiagnosed with anxiety and/or adhd.

Also, you didn't recognize a joke a PP made and responded to it as if it was a serious question. Your affect seems odd to some posters.. and dh seems emotionally and logically off.
Your family isn't "broken" as you stated earlier, but I don't think you guys are neurotypical. Which is great and allows you to accomplish really unique things that others can't. But you need support here. Especially the kids. Please follow up with the correct professional.

It is a little bit of a red flag, either for fiction or for her kids' reaction. In the Still Face Experiment (and that's a conscious person, so IDK if worse or better!) the procedure is for the parent to display a totally blank expression... for 2 minutes. Babies and even toddlers/preschoolers show distress well before the 2 minutes is up.
