How did they compare now versus each other - and vs Eaton and Mann?
From this thread, it appears that Janney and Lafayette may have the strongest neighborhood communities for family friendships. Is this correct?
It’s going to be hard to find someone who can truly compare different schools. I can tell you I have a student at Eaton and we absolutely love it.

I have found murch kids to be really nice. I haven’t heard of bullying at murch. The parents are seem nice, busy people. Definitely not a social climbing environment. I haven’t noticed any cliques.
Murch is a good school, no doubt. But it isn’t quite in the JKLM (Janney-Key-Lafayette-Mann) tier.
My child went to a big 3 private for ES. Now at Deal, DC claims the nicest, most authentic kids are from Murch.

Not really important, but kind of annoying.

Excellent for Murch. Wouldn’t want to be in any group with some of the Janney and Lafayette kids.
The downside of being the best can be occasional arrogance.
