Some parts of Cummings' district are just fine, but the parts in Baltimore are terrible. Suggest you take a field trip. Go down MLK Dr past the stadiums and hang a left. Then go across from the stadium --not down by the harbor, but just a few blocks away. Pretty bad.

It is very much beside the point whether Baltimore--like every city in America--has its share of literal rodents. Had Trump ever been to New York? To Lafayette Square Park, across from the White House? Both are without question overrun with literal rats. There is nothing that Trump can say that will be too horrible, too sick and demented, too debased for his supporters to defend.
