I'm happy to see the push-back. We'd definitely be inconvenienced if the ramp were closed.

I personally know that Biff, Muffy and Scooter are in favor of closing the ramp. That’s three right there!

No bitterness in that response.

Straw-man argument in the prior post. A bad idea is a bad idea.

Facts and straw man are different.

Indeed, they are. But no one has claimed that only one person supports closing the ramp. Whether it's a handful or dozens of people in the Langley area, it's a bad idea that, from the press accounts, has far more opponents than supporters.

You do you, man. You do you.

^ Said the person trying to "do" (to put it politely) everyone else.

That attitude, though.

Nothing compared to your deflection, though.

You obviously have a need to believe people either envy you or have it out for you. That level of insecurity can't be a good thing. Others don't want to give you special treatment at their expense, but it's transnational, not personal.

Special treatment? At whose expense? Au contraire mon ami. Taking a left turn in front of oncoming traffic is illegal, so is blocking the box. But you want to make this about something else, which still doesn't make you feel better, obviously. First, learn how to drive. Then, try to argue. The good news is that there is a traffic camera at that intersection, and it zooms in quite nicely, so have at it.

You were demanding that VDOT close the 495 ramp 30 hours per week and, within a few days, you’re down to issuing stern reminders to Maryland drivers that the intersection has a traffic camera. Do keep this up; at this rate, in another week, you’ll be serving the Bethesda residents free coffee at the intersection before the light changes color.

Hell no. I'll be selling it at $5. a cup, and they will be buying it.

Boy, are you lost.

More likely, you'll be holding out a cup in your old age, and then pretending it's an antique.

What does this even mean? Never mind, don’t validate such stupidity.
