We have one. But he is being trashed for being moderate and normal.

You would piss your pants if you walked through Culmore

How's Northampton doing.
Your joke's getting stale.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I know Arlington doesn’t “matter” but there were tons of people voting with me at 7:00 am this morning. Biggest turnout I’ve seen for a state election in a long time. And yes, no Rs hanging out ballots to be seen...
Um... Arlington absolutely matters. In fact, Arlington/Fairfax/DC suburbs generally make or break the election for Democrats in VA. Big turnout in that area = good for Dems
Other Arlington poster here, Arlington does matter in that sense, but it's not like it's a swing jurisdiction where the state will go the way Arlington goes. We can look to Arlington for signals about how the Dems are doing generally, but since there are so few Republicans here, it's harder to get a sense of how they're doing generally based on sampling from Arlington (although when their volunteers don't even show up at the polls, that is telling).

Meh. Deplorables don't want to be called deplorables.
+1 It wasn't Northam who did that commercial. It was the Latino Victory Fund. And to me, it's the reverse Willie Horton ad. If the GOP can play to fears by threatening people with the specter of people of color committing crimes against white people, then the Democrats can very well raise the specter of a racist coming after non-white American children.

How many gangs are there in southern VA?

Much as I would like that to be true, polls aren't closed yet. Where are you getting this information?
