I liked it. Put Eugene in a room with three pretty girls...and he plays video games.

Could this episode move any slower?

Ugh. What idiot thought Eugene should get more dialog? This is the worst.

I disagree. I still really enjoy the show. The comics have plenty of good stuff to come. And, really, they hyper fast and violent pace can't be in every episode.

The only story line I'm seriously done with is Carol's pacifism. Just done.

YES. How did human language devolve so fast among this one particular group of survivors? And did they make an agreement to all dress kinda similar? Seems like the demands of surviving in a post-apocalyptic world would not leave enough time for fashioning matching trench coats. Just bizarre.

I really want to keep liking this show, but btwn these weirdos and how simpering Carol has become, it was hard for me to watch this. I feel like I am only holding on for the tender moments between Rick and Michonne and wanting to see Maggie evolve into a kick-ass leader. But I need more of both to get me through this current ridiculousness!

Yeah, it had a Mad Max kind of feel. Things are progressing way to slowly to be interesting anymore. The other thing I find annoying, why do they always seem to be out in the middle of no where? Did all of suburbia disappear? The hilltop and Alexandria seem to be two small communities separated by miles. Where are the Rockville Pikes and US 1's let alone sprawling communities filled with supplies and guns..

Who is this new group? At first I thought it was the oceanside women but they were dressed differently. Then the whole "boat" thing, were they the ones with the boat full of supplies Rick & Aaron took?
And what was with Gabriel?? Was he working with them or did they kidnap him? So confused by his behavior (as always)

I don't want to spoil things by saying who they are, but they are not oceanside -- there were men there.

I think it's the wolves...though I didn't see any forehead "W"s on any of them. They seemed similar in appearance to the W guy from last season.

My question is, when Gabriel was keeping watch, did he hear something and that is why he went down from the stand? Do you think the guy in the boots has anything to do with Gabriel up and leaving Alexandria?

it is definitely not the wolves. that storyline is long gone.

The rock in the road story was lame, but i did appreciate the build up of Rick working to get groups to come together to defeat Negan.

My big question is, how will TWD finally end? I love the show and have been a fan for years, but truth be told. it is getting old. The sorry is a revolving cycle of surviving, running into bad guy, defeating bad guy, find new happy place, repeat. With each bad guy being worse than the last. It has to end at some point and sadly I feel like that time is coming or at least it should be coming.

What a waste of an episode.

Thank you for that simple story about the rock in the road, Rick. I guess in this television-free age, that was supposed to captivate Ezekiel, and at the same time soften his heart and open his mind.
