Her "job." Modeling is a freelance activity and she could turn down any shoot for which she wasn't comfortable. This wasn't an ad campaign for a product or service. They were poorly-shot softcore photos taken by a no-name for a porny French magazine -- think Maxim.

Now there are pics out there of Melania posing girl on girl... I jut can't wrap my head around how people can criticize Michelle Obama for wearing sleeveless tops/dresses or Megan Kelly for wearing a strappy dress, then be okay with a nude first lady.
