^^ You think this thread isn't about transgender issues PP?? Okay......
I thought it was about using the case of Bruce Jenner to teach our kids to recognize that someone can choose a different lifestyle and being OK with that rather than judging or criticizing. Sorry, must have missed that only transgendered issues fit into this discussion.
13 pages of discussion about transgender issues, you come along and decide that's not what the thread is about. Very odd.
It's not just odd. It's deliberately being manipulative. According to this pp, we're supposed to equate the sick perversion of transgenderism with every day run-of-the-mill problems. It's part of the agenda

Also I don't understand how he could have sex as a man with women and still not identify with himself as male in his own mind.
It is clear that something has been going on with this guy for a while. But it is confusing to understand.

(Of course he wouldn't ACTUALLY be a lesbian, because he will always be a man, surgery or no.)

When she started to transition, it was not a surprise because there was always something unusual (but we didn't know back in the 70s-80s) about her. She is my friend and I care about her regardless of what sex/gender she is! I feel sorry for people who are transgendered. I know they face hateful people who really ignorant. Think about it... why would anyone chose to be a social pariah by a large swath of the population? It is also something that has been seen in every culture through out time.

There are not too many women that would date a man with breasts, so I guess they were both happy with the way each other looked and somehow it worked until he could no longer remain "in the closet" so as to speak. At 65, I say go for it, whatever makes you happy. Also, living with the Khardashians enabled him to partake in the miracles of plastic surgery without standing out as an oddity. To physically alter your appearance, over the years, became the norm with that family. Maybe, changing himself physically, without his family rejecting him, gave him the confidence to tell everyone the truth.
