My kids go to a high end NYC private school (on aid) and most of the dads work in the executive suite at top companies or in investment banking. There are plenty that are quite short. It's striking.

I married a shorter guy than me (I'm 5'10"). Things like height become less important after you've dated a few tall guys who think they are God's gift to women.

My DS15 is currently 5’8” so I’ve been looking around at guys’ heights (DH is 6’4”). And the short guys are doing totally fine. They appear to be married in abundance, cute wives, kids, employed, etc.

But, whatever. One of my kids is 5'7" on a good day and is badass (sociable, smart, athletic etc) and has a gorgeous gf.

From my HS friends group, the only guys that never married are tall.
