No, some of the LACs that are actually close to a city are:
Barnard (in NYC)
Swarthmore (30 minutes to Philly)
Wellesley (30 minutes to Boston)
Reed (30 minutes from Portland)
Macalester (in St. Paul/Minn)
Oxy (in LA, not an 1hr+ like Claremont gang)
Oberlin (30 minutes from Cleveland)
Wes is a few hours away from NYC or Boston ... not close to a city IMO.
