How many files did Biden release? Why didn't Raskin ask for them then? He made a big deal to Bondi that he had demanded the files prior to 2020. Why didn't he deman them 2021-2024?

DOJ could not release documents while there were ongoing investigations and trials. I honestly was under the misguided assumption that after convicting Maxwell, DOJ was going to start going after co-conspirators. Some were already identified in the files. But Maxwell was sentenced in 2022, and they didn’t indict anyone. So maybe Garland should be subpoenaed and testify before congress to answer the question. I don’t know the answer to your question PP, but that does not exonerate Pan now. Should we not prosecute a sex offender because the other sex offender got away?
