Yall are annoying with this. What 14 schools currently ranked below UVa could you make the argument are better than UVa? A school with a 14B endowment?
NYU is much more selective and also has a large endowment, yet it's ranked in the 30s
USC as well and also schools such as Tufts, BU, BU, Northeastern are more selective and more popular among high stat kids especially by OOS.
Uh, those are privates. Privates like USC are now $97K a year. UVA, instate, is $30k-32K, all in. My kids both went in-state Virginia and I am so very grateful. for the Commonwealth's great school offerings.

Yep
So let me get this straight: that US News moves UVA out of the 3 way tie for 24th and now says it’s 26th makes all the difference?
Yep.

Why don’t you read the post immediately above and try to think before posting.
So you have no thoughts on how low UVA may eventually fall? Most seem to think it will bottom out around 50th so not drop into that dreaded 51+ grouping which is somewhat promising.
When your reference group consists of you and yourself.

The game was a classic that will be talked about years from now. Hoping for a Bowl invite!
Fined $50K and 19 people hospitalized including a girl who broke both her legs. Great job, Cavaliers!
It is truly awful that so many were badly hurt. My daughter was lucky she was only scraped up but scared to death after being on the ground and people just screaming at her to get up.
It's actually bizarre that the news hasn't given this more attention. I guess they're trying to give UVA their rare moment in the spotlight, but it's the worst field rush I've ever seen. The FSU receiver was literally still on the ground when the swarm of fans ran and engulfed him. Luckily and surprisingly, he escaped out of there okay.
