It is still possible for a girl outside of the academy program to make Capital, however it just got a lot harder for them to do so.

They are clearly trying to head in that direction. BLC is trying to become the pre imminent with this collaboration. Cap has obliged. Stars is playing a supporting role.

BLC and Cap could have had better timing on this rollout, like announcing this in the summer before tryouts.
