This is an intellectually dishonest and in many cases flat out wrong portrayal.

Let's start with

Massachusetts - 0 GOP districts. They have a LONG history of dem dominance and the GOP votes are so geographically diluted that no amount of redistricting could feasibly ever make a GOP district

Rhode Island - only has 2 districts and both lean heavily Dem

Vermont - single at-large district, solidly blue

Hawaii - 2 districts, both solidly blue

New Mexico - possible argument to make about redistricting, but still heavily favors Dems nonetheless

Connecticut - only 5 districts, GOP too diluted to make a difference

Delaware - only 1 at-large district, solid blue stronghold

Maryland - yes, known to be gerrymandered against GOP

Oregon, only the rural east is GOP and they got their district

Maine - only GOP in rural north, they got their seat while Dems heavily dominate the rest of the state

Colorado - competetive map with GOP hold on rural and suburban seats. If even Boebert can get elected in Colorado you can't claim it's not fair

Minnesota - competetive and mixed, no evidence of gerrymandering

Illinois - yes, known to be gerrymandered against GOP

Virginia - court-drawn map, balanced and fair

New Jersey - Dems have advantage but lots of GOP seats in rural/exurban areas

So in only about 3 or 4 of those do you have an argument to make, trying to pretend that the GOP has been more widely gerrymandered out just isn't a credible sell to make.

Let's also calculate how many people red state seats represent versus how many blue state seats represent.

At the end of the day, the minority in the House represents 56% of the population. The minority in the senate represents 56% of the population. That isn't how this is supposed to work.

Gerrymandering needs to be illegal at a federal and national level.

Republicans are wildly unpopular in those small blue states, hence no Republicans elected in their House delegations. NH, in fact, has a Republican moderate governor who is quite popular.

The fact of the matter is that hardright Southern and Midwest Republicans ran the moderate "Rockefeller" Northeast Republicans out of the party. They've been calling them RINOs for the past 30 years. This is those chickens coming home to roost.
