I loved all of the looks but Zendaya Janelle and Kerry Washington really understood the assignment in my opinion.

Shout out to the stray feather from Diana Ross’s cape that kept reappearing on the carpet.

There was an AA dad at one of my kids' basketball games and I even pointed him out to my boyfriend for his style. It was very black dandy for a non-formal event. He wore a track suit in an interesting color, had coordinated sneakers, watch and sunglasses. It was all intentionally put together and stood out in the gym full of people even though it was still casual.

I don't like all the trains, giant skirts, capes, big bows and extra material people are wearing now or just all the exaggeration. I think some of the women in menswear look the best, like Aimee Lou Wood and Zendaya. They look cool and the clothes fit. The outfits with no pants look like retro dance outfits--all they need are jazz hands and tap shoes.

Tory Burch dress is so bad! Looks like she's covered in a spider web. It's not even interesting. That one and Halle Berry's--weird effect, bug miss.

She's usually stunning in any clothes but this dress is incredibly boring, and looks like it's made for someone 30 years younger.

It's not a flattering dress. The eye is drawn to the area between the two belt-like strips, which is the abdomen. It somehow manages to look like a poochy belly on even the stick thin Kidman.

+1 I didn’t think it was possible for Kidman to look fat but that dress manages it.
