Even the Hill has posted a story saying this case works in Trump’s favor. Open your eyes.

Post the story.

Are you not capable of going over to their website? It’s their lead article.

“His aides have used Abrego Garcia’s deportation to highlight their efforts to remove criminals who entered the country illegally and to frame Democrats as weak on immigration and crime. On Wednesday, they hit Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), who traveled to El Salvador in a bid to meet with Abrego Garcia at the notorious prison where he is being held.
“The rule of thumb here is whenever they’re leaning in on immigration they’re winning, or they want to change the message,” said one Trump ally.“

https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5252735-trump-administration-refuses-bring-back/

That’s what I thought - you took one sentence out of the whole article to say the Hill says this works in the administration’s favor. Read the whole article. That’s not what it says.

You have to be kidding.
The headline is

White House embraces Abrego Garcia fight

If you don’t get that this is working for a Trump, you’re blind.

The way this works out for Trump is he can openly defy the Supreme Court decision and just admit out loud that he is the Supreme Ruler of America.

Maybe a little earlier than he wanted, but you know he doesn't mind. He's got such a big mouth.

Every article about Garcia is one not about the economy. That works in Trump’s favor but you’re too blind to see it. People don’t want illegal immigrants in our country, they just don’t. Dems look like they are bending over backwards to accommodate illegal aliens.

Despite what you think, voters don’t like Trump disregarding the Supreme Court. When Trump says there is nothing he can do to bring Garcia, he looks so pathetic and weak. He told us he was fearless and would bend our friends and adversaries to his will. And he can’t get back a guy he’s paying money to house from some third world country? A sad weak chump.

Keep beating this dead horse. It’s literally doing nothing for your party’s approval ratings, but go for it. Meanwhile miss the chance to be the party pushing the economy and healthcare and other winning issues. See how that helps with midterms.

Trump is doing juuuuust fine on this.

Well focus on the Constitution

Well that point sailed over your head.

You have no damn point. You know very well Trump doesn't care about any of this and look, he got elected

I don't think that is totally accurate.

I just heard a report on a poll done about Americans' attitudes towards deportation. I think it was this one:

https://www.pewresearch.org/race-and-ethnicity/2025/03/26/americans-views-of-deportations

Roughly one-third of U.S. adults (32%) say all immigrants living in the country illegally should be deported, while 16% say none should be deported. About half (51%) say at least some should face deportation.

U.S. adults who say some immigrants living in the country illegally should be deported have varying views of who should be removed. Nearly all (97%) support deporting those who have committed violent crimes.

Those who favor some deportations are more evenly divided when it comes to deporting those who have committed nonviolent crimes (52%) or have arrived in the U.S. during the past four years (44%).

By contrast, far fewer say those with family ties in the U.S. should be deported, according to a Pew Research Center survey of U.S. adults conducted Feb. 24 to March 2, 2025.

Here's an interesting statistic:

54% of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents say all immigrants living in the country illegally should be deported, compared with 10% of Democrats and Democratic leaners.

So even among Republicans, just about half think all illegal immigrants should be deported. And very few Democrats agree with that at all.

So all together, the majority of Americans do NOT want all illegal immigrants to be deported.

You changed what I said to deportation. Ask Americans if they want people entering our country illegally, that’s the poll closer to what I said.

According to Pew, 83 percent want illegals deported in some or all cases. That’s…pretty resounding.

Immigration was the number one issue for Trump’s election.

Since you have no further data on what “some cases” means, no, it’s not resounding. We can all agree convicted murderers should be deported. That’s pretty basic.

83 percent want deportations. I said Americans don’t want them here. My point stands.

You don’t seem to understand much.

I understand perfectly. Americans don’t want illegals entering. And they don’t want them staying. Dems seem intent on being in the headlines for bringing them back.

Bad look.

Americans don’t want a king.

Yes
An innocent man is being held in conditions of horror. Our government sent him there.

The Supreme Court of the land says to bring him back. The REPUBLICANS are saying they can't.

If the Democrats are trying, then yes. They are the Americans now. And the Trumpians are the fascists.

Innocent?

His first act in the this country was to break out laws.

He has gang connections, both here and at home in El Salvador.

There’s nothing innocent about him. He’s a two-country criminal.

That is not what the Supreme Court has asked Trump to do.

They told him to bring the man back and he is Constitutionally required to do this.

Sorry armchair Chief Justice. Trump refusing is tossing the Constitution

Go ahead and admit you would be okay with this.

The Supreme Court tossed it back to the court to define “effectuate” aka clarify her order with deference to the executive branch - and never ordered a particular outcome. Read the opinion for yourself.

So K-K-Karoline Leavitt has joined the conversation.

We all know what the Supreme Court meant.

Trump screwed up and has to get the man back

No, you want scotus to have said something it specifically did not.

Garcia isn’t returning.

Sure

Keep beating this dead horse. It’s literally doing nothing for your party’s approval ratings, but go for it. Meanwhile miss the chance to be the party pushing the economy and healthcare and other winning issues. See how that helps with midterms.

You are delusional. Trump is going to do himself in.

You really need to get out of DC sometimes and see how this issue looks to average Americans.

It's very obvious

You can tell they know this is going very badly for them. The propaganda machine has been turned up to 10.
