The last four years were objectively terrible with the massive inflation and open border. Trump returning to office gives many of us hope that the country can again be set on the right track.

No. It is a fact that the United States has had the best economic recovery from COVID in the world. Not even close.

Fact. The Economist (hardly liberal) had an issue dedicated to the enviable U.S. economy. The U.S. economy had a soft landing that was spectacular.
